Refund Policy

01 Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to payments made directly to Realty Networks for services that we provide. It does not automatically apply to payments made to property owners, landlords, developers, third-party agents, lenders, or other independent service providers. Those transactions may be governed by separate agreements and policies.

02 Property Inquiries and Listings

Submitting a property inquiry, requesting information, or contacting our team does not itself constitute a purchase of a property or a paid service. No refund is applicable where no payment has been made to Realty Networks.

Property availability, prices, and listing details may change. A property inquiry or introduction does not guarantee that a property will remain available or that a transaction will be completed.

03 Service Fees and Payments

If Realty Networks offers a paid service, any applicable fee, payment schedule, cancellation terms, and refund conditions should be disclosed before payment or set out in the relevant written agreement.

Fees for services that have already been provided may be non-refundable where this has been clearly agreed and is permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this policy removes any refund rights that cannot legally be excluded.

04 Cancellation Requests

If you wish to cancel a paid service, please contact Realty Networks as soon as possible using the official contact details published on our website. Include your name, payment reference, the service purchased, and the reason for cancellation.

Whether a cancellation qualifies for a refund will depend on the service agreement, the stage of service delivery, and applicable law.

05 Refund Eligibility

Refund requests will be reviewed individually. Where applicable, we may consider:

• Whether a payment was successfully received by Realty Networks.
• Whether the service was delivered, started, or completed.
• Whether a duplicate or incorrect charge occurred.
• The terms of the relevant service agreement.
• Any refund rights required by applicable law.

A refund is not guaranteed merely because a property is no longer available, a client changes their mind, or a transaction does not proceed, unless the applicable agreement or law provides otherwise.

06 Deposits and Third-Party Payments

Deposits, earnest money, reservation payments, rent, property purchase funds, and other transaction-related amounts may be payable to parties other than Realty Networks. Refunds for those payments are governed by the applicable transaction documents and the terms of the party receiving the funds.

Realty Networks cannot promise a refund of money that it did not receive or does not control. Please review your signed agreement and contact the recipient of the payment.

To request a refund for a payment made directly to Realty Networks, contact us through the official contact information on our website. Please include:

• Your full name and preferred contact details.
• The service or transaction related to the payment.
• The payment date and reference number, if available.
• The amount requested and the reason for your request.

We may request additional information to verify the payment and assess your request.

08 Refund Processing

We will review eligible requests and communicate the outcome within a reasonable period. If a refund is approved, processing time may depend on the original payment method, payment provider, and financial institution.

Any applicable processing time or permitted deduction will be communicated where relevant. We will not apply deductions that are prohibited by applicable law.

Realty Networks may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Any changes will be applied subject to applicable law and the terms of existing agreements.
